Commitment to Capacity Strengthening
Objective: To strengthen development-oriented management within Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) through a medium-term training process that enhances their relevance, sustainability, results, and impact.

Objective: To strengthen capacities and promote greater ownership of the Results-Based Management for Development approach and effective impact, while reinforcing participants’ commitment to social inclusion, sustainable development, and the 2030 Agenda.

Objective: To reinforce CSOs’ capacities in the Human Rights–Based Approach (HRBA).
This initiative was targeted at organizations that were part of the first cohort of the training and capacity-building model designed to transition toward a rights-based, sustainable development, and inclusion approach, delivered by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
This course is an effort by AliadOSC to continue strengthening organizations in essential areas for the development of intervention models and organizational capacities.
Implemented by:

Beginning in 2024, the collaboration between World Vision Mexico (WVM), Fundación Dibujando un Mañana (FDUM), Nacional Monte de Piedad (NMP), and Fundación QUIERA was formalized. This alliance brings together efforts, expertise, and resources to strengthen the skills of frontline staff working in centers that serve children, adolescents, and youth in vulnerable situations, through a six-stage educational intervention focused on enhancing professional knowledge and skills in nurturing care and child safeguarding.

Objective: To design a collective strategy and roadmap to guide the ecosystem’s efforts in its next stage of maturity, providing a clear and shared purpose.

Objective: To strengthen organizational capacities to improve the quality of information reported to the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system, contributing to more informed decision-making and stronger accountability.

Objective: This initiative was promoted through the Sumar para Transformar alliance, formed by Fundación Familia BOCAR, Fundación Gigante, Nacional Monte de Piedad, Fundación Compartamos, Promotora Social México, and Fundación Dibujando un Mañana.
Conexiones para Aprender contributes to increasing recognition of children, adolescents, and youth as rights-holders; promotes a culture of nurturing care; and provides mental health support for children, adolescents, and youth.

Objective: To offer clear and practical information to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) within FDUM’s portfolio, enabling them to establish strategies to maintain their authorized donor status in accordance with Mexican tax laws.
With an average satisfaction level of 90% and an average knowledge increase of 65%.

Weaving a culture of human rights
Since 2019, Fundación Dibujando un Mañana has promoted the integration of the Human Rights–Based Approach (HRBA) into its institutional work and in its support to Civil Society Organizations.
