Children’s Rights and Sustainable Development: Our Commitment
Each right is a pillar of our social investment strategy:
Right to education
We believe in inclusive, quality education as a key tool for sustainable development. We work to provide resources and opportunities through strategic partnerships.
Right to health
Ensuring healthy lives and optimal development for children and adolescents is essential. We invest in health projects that promote physical and mental well-being.
Right to live in a family
We support the right of children and adolescents to grow up in a stable, loving family environment. We collaborate with organizations to provide care for those affected by neglect, abandonment, abuse, and violence.
Right to Well-being and holistic development
We strive to create conditions for the integral development of children and adolescents—individually, within families, communities, and society—so they can live with dignity and purpose.
Right to a life free from violence and personal integrity
We strengthen safe environments by supporting organizations that prevent violence and protect children and adolescents, ensuring they grow up free from harm.
To strengthen the impact of the interventions we support, we promote the awareness and understanding of human rights within the projects, as shown in the following infographic.

Testimonials

Thanks to the Alegría Fund, I’ve been able to cover food, transportation, and materials during my architecture studies. This support keeps me focused and moving forward.
The performance indicator matrix we received has been incredibly useful. It’s helping us professionalize and evaluate our institutional work. We’re now able to measure our impact more clearly and make better decisions.
Ximena, age 5, joined the ‘Read to Grow’ project. She discovered the joy of reading and now shares stories with her family. Her vocabulary has expanded, and she’s more expressive and confident.
Andrea, age 14, improved her mobility through aquatic therapy. Her quality of life has significantly improved, and she now participates more actively in school and social activities.
I’m Dulce María. The Santa María Dining Hall was often my most complete meal of the day. Today, I study Pedagogy and work in nutrition—giving back the love I once received.
Thanks to our allies, medical care was provided to those affected by Hurricane Otis. We offered consultations, food packages, and lab tests, responding to the dengue outbreak with timely support.
